“Not only does this #4 chocolate brown ponytail look like a very light #6-#7 red color, but it’s at least 2 to 3 shades lighter than the #4 chocolate brown Boogati extensions and topper I bought with it. All three items are a very light reddish brown And do not depict the chocolate brown color shown on the Bellamy website AT ALL. Also beware the topper does not come with a sample swatch, so you are forced to open it all the way and then get stuck with it if it’s the wrong color. Terrible customer service as well.”
