“While the hair is of decent quality it’s also very heavy. The design of this pony wrap is very poor. It will not stay secure in place enough to even leave the house house. Totally forget about attempting to wear this in public unless you plan on embarrassing yourself. Poorly designed system. I’ve tried countless time and ways to figure out a solid way to wear this. Fail.”
“Color would be perfect if you are a redhead. I am a brunette and the color was way off. The quality is good though, they are super soft but I had to send the pony back with my extensions because both were the wrong color. The extensions color you see in my picture, it’s the small thin piece clipped into my hair and my brunette hair around it. My extensions were just too light, had a lot of red in them so it wasn’t a match so I ordered another set. I will say the refund process was very smooth. I would recommend getting tracking on your extensions that you send back. It mentions that on your site.”
“Got one hair extension and one pony tail. Both med brown but they both are totally different color.
It showed the medium brown very similar to my hair color but the color I got is more towards hazel than med brown”
