“I received this item for free along with my purchase of the Khaleesi hair extensions. I ordered both of the same color and this ponytail came in orange/reddish. I emailed but they wanted me to pack it up and return it back which seemed like a nuisance to do so I just threw it away.”
“I received the faux chocolate brown ponytail with my purchase of chocolate brown hair extensions. The quality of the ponytail is great but the ponytail is a different shade of brown than the hair extensions I received. My daughter will not be able to wear it since the colour of it is too different than her actual hair. I'm not sure why a faux ponytail would be sent with a different shade. It's probably because it is as close as possible to what you could get but it's disappointing to not be able to use it. It is more on the orange side of brown and the actual hair extensions are more of a proper chocolate brown. Disappointed.”
