“Color didn’t match what they showed online. It also has terrible support. The Velcro doesn’t stick and is way too heavy. This product has great potential but right now it’s not worth it.”

“Very disappointed. While the hair is very soft and thick, the color is not even close to what it should be. I've ordered countless chocolate brown clip in extensions from Bellami so I obviously thought the pony tail would be close in color. The color is so so different. I know the pony tail is not real human hair but the pony tail is extremely orange closer to a strawberry blonde. Be prepared to use a lot of bobby pins because the comb doesn't do much (and that's with me wearing it for about a minute because of the color). I'm really upset because I purposely bought the extension to get the free pony tail and that was a waste. Unless you have really dark brown hair, I wouldn't suggest getting the ponytail because most likely the color will be very off.”
“I ordered extensions along with the ponytail. Both #4 chocolate brown. The extensions were perfect. They matched my chocolate brown hair. The ponytail colour was golden. I cannot match that at all with my hair or the chocolate brown extension. So the #4 in the ponytail is not true to colour. Very disappointed.”
