“The ponytail does not stay put, it falls all and i have not been able to use it! I ordered a clipped pony tail and received one that has sort of a mini comb to attach to the hair - it provides no support.
Waste of money.”
“When I purchased my extensions the ponytail was supposed to be free but I was charged for it anyway. It looks like it's good quality, just not the right color. :) The extensions however are amazing! It takes some time to figure out how to put them on but once you do they're beautiful!”

“The faux ponytail doesn’t even come close to the color of extensions I ordered. In fact, most of the time it doesn’t. I would rather get something else as bonus gift instead.
That being said, I am always satisfied in the quality and color of the clip in hair extensions.”
“I love the extensions, however, they sent the wrong color ponytail and the wrong color braid headband. I mean they’re ere free but... why even send it if you’re gonna send a different color than I am lol.”
“I ordered the Chocolate brown clip in extensions and the wrap ponytail and when I got both, they were totally different colors. The extensions were perfect but the ponytail color was like a reddish light brown. Other than getting the wrong color, they’re awesome!”
