“I ordered a ponytail in Chocolate Brown, and instead they sent me Chesnut Brown. When I emailed the company, they said ponytails are non-refundable. Absolutely terrible customer service. It’s very obvious that the email was an automated reply. Very unhappy.”
“The ponytail does not stay put, it falls all and i have not been able to use it! I ordered a clipped pony tail and received one that has sort of a mini comb to attach to the hair - it provides no support.
Waste of money.”
“When I purchased my extensions the ponytail was supposed to be free but I was charged for it anyway. It looks like it's good quality, just not the right color. :) The extensions however are amazing! It takes some time to figure out how to put them on but once you do they're beautiful!”

That being said, I am always satisfied in the quality and color of the clip in hair extensions.”
