“I absolutely LOVE Bellami Hair, it's the only hair I buy but, this last order I received a free Faux Wrap Ponytail that was completely the wrong color. It says Chocolate Brown (4) but is red. The hair I ordered was perfect but the Ponytail was not but I guess it's ok since it was free.”
“Color is not at all chocolate brown but a light orange. I’m stuck with something I can’t use now. Should be named “ lightest auburn” this is not chocolate brown. Quality is ok but there are also some threads coming off of it and I’ve never even worn it ! Very unhappy.”
“I’m very unsatisfied with the set of extensions I received. I purchased these extensions back in mid June. I ordered the 160gs Ash Brown. I’ve ordered from Bellami before but I got the 220gs. I love those extensions and that’s why I decided to purchased again. The quality of this set however was not the same. I know extensions tend to shed but this is excessive. As soon as I washed this set 1) they got so tangling and frizzy. 2) they shed like crazy. I run my hair through it and chunks of hair come out. I decided to condition them and still the same problem. I’ve used extensions for years and this has to be the worst set. Also the quality of the clips are not good. They are very weak and don’t stay on my head at times and I tease before clipping them on. These aren’t cheap and for it to be this quality is very disappointing. I won’t be purchasing anymore extensions for here after this set.”
“The quality of the synthetic hair is great! The downfall is it’s really really heavy and there is only 1 small secure comb to hold it in your actual ponytail and the Velcro gets covered in hair easily and does’t stick so well.”
