“I had ordered the regular hair extensions in "chocolate brown" and they were a perfect match. I noticed that the "faux ponytail" didn't have as many color options as the hair extensions, but they did have the color "chocolate brown". This is the color I selected (thinking it would be the same as the extensions), but I was surprised to find them to be no where near the same color. It was frustrating because there wasn't a "test" strip in the faux ponytail, so I had to completely open the package to realize it wasn't going to match.. voiding any possible return.
I'd describe the chocolate brown color being more red.. auburn almost.. but most definitely, NOT, chocolate brown. Very disappointed.”
“I have ordered from Bellami before and loved my extensions. It's been a few years and I went back to order a second set. I thought I remembered exactly what color it was that I got but when they arrived I realized I was incorrect. I never opened anything other than the tester and immediately messaged Bellami asking for help exchanging them. No one would ever get back to me or help me out and I had to spend even more money to color the extensions on top of what I spent. Overall, love the hair, but their customer service sucks. I also had to submit this review multiple times before it would show up, seems fishy to me.”
“Literally a mixed bag, the original hair I ordered is amazing can’t complain BUT it came with a free pony tail. Both were ordered in chocolate brown but the pony tail is ginger - I don’t get how ginger is chocolate brown. I’m not mad because it was free. I just don’t get why it’s ginger”
