“I purchased extensions and this ponytail with the same color however whoever packaged the two clearly didn’t look to see if they matched. The color of ponytail looks two shades lighter and redder. Can’t wear it”
“I purchased the chocolate brown hair extensions along with the chocolate brown pony. They are completely different colors. The pony is a medium Auburn color and I'm unable to use it at all. I feel like the site is misleading and that the color should be universal between products, otherwise what is the point of purchasing other items?”
