“Ordered this in chocolate brown. When we received it was way more of a reddish color then chocolate brown. Thankfully customer service let us exchange as a one time courtesy. I`d definitely send pictures and ask them to color match if you`re on the fence with colors. Every other company we have ordered from we ordered choclate brown and they all matched perfectly, not this pony tail extension though.”
“Bellami doesn't allow any returns or exchanges of unopened wrap ponytails even though they allow color returns for unopened hair extensions. The pictured colors on this website aren't an accurate depiction of what you will arrive in your mailbox. If you're fortunate enough to have a Bellami location near you, I recommend going into the store for an accurate color match. Otherwise, don't bother unless you have money to throw out the window.”
“This color was not an exact match for my hair and was really heavy so was rather uncomfortable to wear. I have never actually worn it outside my home. It was not my favorite and I feel like it looks fake.”
