“I ordered both my extensions and the faux pony tail in the exact same color, but when everything finally arrived (I say finally because it took so long for me to receive these that when they showed up i had forgotten I'd even ordered them) the colors were so different that you could tell without even opening the packages they were at a minimum of 4 shades apart. Of course after all the weight and paying 'nothing' (except of course another 40 dollars when they arrived due to shipping ) I did brake the seal on the package of the faux pony tail because it did not come with a sample strip. Anyway long story short the extensions are nice I use them a lot, but unless you contact the company or know for a 100% fact the color your getting is the correct color, I would say not to waste your time on the 'not so free pony tail'.”
“The hair was great quality and everything I'd expect from such a great brand! However, the color was much too light- a very different shade that the clip in extensions I wear of the same color. So, I am not able to use the ponytail.”
“The hair it’s self is really high questing so I give the hair 5 stars but it’s really hard to wear for me I don’t know what vuedu magic they do on their models but good for them because get legit falls out of my hair because synthetic hair is so heavy”
“I bought extensions and received a free ponytail with it. they are both labeled to be the same color except they are completely different colors. the extensions are exactly my shade, but the ponytail is orange. now that the ponytail is orange and not even close to chocolate brown, I need to spend money on dying the hair. the quality of the hair is amazing and the length is great but hopefully, they fix this issue and don't mislabel their shades.”
