“First, the extensions contained multiple colored long threads, and the bonus hanging bag was split open on both sides. When I received the bonus pony tail it was not event close to matching the extensions. I did not take it out, I could see it through the clear packaging. I emailed and called to no avail- they do not exchange bonus materials. It’s unfortunate because I was willing to pay for shipping both ways. It’s unfortunate because when I called about the pony tail the lady helped me over the phone pick a color because I was driving. Then, after wearing the extensions three times everyone asked me why they were greenish! I’m so embarrassed and frustrated. They are not inexpensive. If I could have selected zero stars I would have.”
“The thickness and quality of the hair is great. I've never had extensions before but these seem awesome. My rating is low because the colour is pretty far off from mine. My hair isn't that dark and these seemed to be the darkest before going into the blacks and they're really red and my hair is not red at all. I would exchange but I didn't notice the vast difference with the test and it wasn't until I opened the gift ponytail that I really noticed how much it wasn't going to work. Now I have to find someone to colour and hope it works! If they were properly matched though it'd be great!”

“The hair is thick but is too shiny and the chocolate brown doesn’t even look like a chocolate brown it looks more like a chestnut color also the hair feels and look like doll hair and I don’t think that is too good because of the way it looks when I try to put it on. Right now the hair is just sitting there and I don’t think I would wear it.”
