“I have other extensions from bellami which match my hair perfect. I ordered these extensions in chocolate brown (the same color as all my other bellami's) and the extensions I received are a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR! When I emailed bellami they said that because these are synthetic the shades will vary and they can't promise a certain color... WHAT?! What is the point ordering them in a certain color if it is not a guaranteed match?! SO DISGUSTED WITH BELLAMI! DO NOT BUY THESE!”
“Nice quality but no matter what you spend their needs to be a way to confirm the online order hair colors. I emailed about color, but I needed it in a certain time and by the time the person replied with the hair color I had already ordered the hair. I emailed about an exchange, but saw on the website about no exchanges or refunds in the faux pint tails. The representive that emailed me back about the pony tail said I could send it back if I had the tester included. It didn’t come with at tester. Not satisfied with my order.”
