“Nice quality but no matter what you spend their needs to be a way to confirm the online order hair colors. I emailed about color, but I needed it in a certain time and by the time the person replied with the hair color I had already ordered the hair. I emailed about an exchange, but saw on the website about no exchanges or refunds in the faux pint tails. The representive that emailed me back about the pony tail said I could send it back if I had the tester included. It didn’t come with at tester. Not satisfied with my order.”
“I have bought from Bellami hair multiple times but recently I was kinda disappointed with service and what I received in the mail.
I ordered the Bambina 160 g set (which the 160 g is the one I always order) in chestnut brown and it was too light. So I read the return policy and I told them I wanted to exchange it for a different color and told them the package was still sealed. They respond and tell me they need to see a picture of the seal still closed, so I did just that. And then they respond again and tried talking me into returning it and then they can give me store credit after they receive the extensions but it took a day or so for a response each time and I was hoping for a quick exchange before an event I had coming up . I ended up just keeping them and dying them myself at home in which the extensions got damaged and lost so much hair in just the first month alone ( which I knew would happen since I've had multiple experiences with extensions). And so I bought another set of the same Bambina 160g but this time I got them in chocolate brown and then I got the free ponytail with my order ( which was also 160g) . But I had opened the ponytail and then opened my extensions and realized there was so much less hair in the Bambina set then there normally is, I definitely did not get 160g just comparing the ponytail to the Bambina set the set didn't even have half of the amount of hair as the pony tail . It was very upsetting not sure if I'll be ordering from here anymore .”
