“I was sent the wrong colour in the initial package. I then sent it back specifying the colour I needed instead, paying $26 AUD for postage as it had to have a tracking number. It has been a month and I have not recieved the replacement package at all. So I have ended up paying around $90 USD for thing air!!!

“I use bellami clips on all the time decided to go for trying out the ponytail extensions. I basically use chocolate brown for extensions (clip in) so i bought the same color for the ponytail wrap.... 2 different colors the lony is not the same color at all... its REALLLY LIGHT”
