“I love my bellami hair extensions (chocolate brown 20 inch 169 grams) however the faux pony tail wrap is terrible. You even slightly move and it falls out. The clip is not sturdy enough to hold the amount of hair (I got the 24 inch). The hair is very soft and beautiful though so I wish it worked better. They should consider replacing the clips on them. I'm going to cry to sew on a different clip and see if that helps because I'd really like to use this product :(”
“We ordered the 20" wrap ponytail in chocolate brown. The ponytail we received was not even brown, it was red. Very disappointed because my daughter was planning to wear the ponytail to her prom but the ponytail did not match her brown hair at all. I think the ponytail was packaged wrong.”
“Be very. Careful what color you choose because they don't always look like the color you chose! Ordered a soft brown and got an auburn brown which is drastically different than soft brown. And don't open the bag unless your sure you want it even though it's the only way to really see the actual color of it. Once you open the bag you're out 50 bucks or more. Very dissatisfied.”
“I love it the only issue is the clip needs more support and or more clips. It starts falling out after a short period of time of it in my head. But other than that I love the pony tail extension.”
“I had a really bad experience with Bellami. I ordered my extensions over a month ago. I then received two weeks later and guess what? The hair color doesn't look the same as it does in the picture. So, I sent it back through next day air because I wanted to exchange asap but they never notified me that they have received without having me email them. I emailed them a week later to see if they got my extensions and also told them that I would to exchange and gave them color that I wanted. Instead, they refunded my money. Now I had to place the order again and not to mention the ponytail wrap that I got with the first order that promotion was not there anymore. In addition to that I did not receive a tracking number right after my second order because the color that I ordered was on back order. Oh! How did I find out about it? I had to email them because when I ordered my extensions for the second it wasn't listed anymore that they were on back order. It's been almost two months that I have been waiting for my extensions to arrive. Very bad customer service and poor communication.”
