“The ponytail hair piece was beautiful, but as soon as it came out of the package the hair was falling out everywhere. I didn't realize that the ponytail hair pieces were made with synthetic hair, which would have been nice to know. I was confused because everywhere on your website you claim that your hair extensions are made with real hair, therefore, I assumed the ponytail was too. I would be less disappointed in the poor quality of the product if it wasn't so expensive. A synthetic hair piece is not worth $45. I could have bought a synthetic ponytail hair piece on Amazon for $10. I feel cheated.”
“I had a bit of a mix up with the shipping that was no fault of Bellami but they were quick to help rectify the issue. Once I finally received the extensions they were of good quality and very thick. I was excited to get them high lighted and put them in.”

I ended up throwing it in the trash. I like Bellami extensions and have ordered 5 times now but this.... Don't waste your money.”
