“The ponytail is beautiful. The color is great, matches my chocolate brown hair wonderfully, but you need to have THICK hair for it to work. I have fine, medium length hair and my natural ponytail is spindly... (hence why I bought this product)... but the pony is too thick and heavy to wrap around my puny ponytail. There isn't enough velcro for it to wrap around it, and it's just too heavy. I might bring to my hairdresser to thin out and see if it's salvageable... but do not buy if you have thin, or fine hair.. it's just tooooo heavy.”
“I am not totally sold on this product. I waiting a very long time to get the hair and it was not what i thought. I have chocolate brown extentions and i love them but the pony tail color is way off and it just slips out of my hair plus the velcro pulls out my hair. I am going to cut and dye the ponytail so i can get some use out of it since it is nonrefundable.”
