“I would have returned it but customers automatically lose that right once they open it. Immediately after opening, I was very confused to how it worked so I watched the video. that did not help. I tried putting it in my friend's hair and could not get it to hold. Its like Velcro and hen theres a section to wrap around the top of the ponytail, but its so heavy that it never stays. I suppose if I used a ton of bobby pins it would work? but even then, It doesn't seem likely. This purchase was deceiving bc so many good reviews. I am very good at hair and stuff like this, so if I was surprised. The design is super awkward and I won't be buying from here again.”
