“I ordered my ponytail in the colour chocolate brown alongside boogatti extensions in chocolate brown but the ponytail is soooooooo much lighter than my hair colour and the boogatti extensions!!! The pony tail is very very light brown/dark blonde with orange undertones. Not sure why this ponytail color was ever labelled as "#4 CHOCOLATE BROWN" it just doesn't make sense to have two complete opposite colours and label them under the same umbrella as chocolate brown????????”
“I ordered the wrong color and customer service was great about sending me the correct shade. However, when I went to style the new ponytail, the hair melted onto the flat iron and completely broke off of the ponytail. Guess I’ll be wearing it straight from now on. Just wish this was more widely advertised before I bought it.”
