“the color is not at all like it’s shown online and they refuse to answer my emails now , i will never ever order from this company again , my experience has been horrendous, i wouldn’t even give them one star”
“Color is so different than the picture had super red undertones and was so dark it was near chocolate brown and I even asked for color match and can’t return this they did not care it was wrong and ponytail does not actually hold up”
“Weights down my hair & there's not way to make it stay unless you tie is with an elastic to your hair. Even that will pull down on your hair. Also it took months to receive.. Even though their website says it takes max 15 business days to receive... Wasn't impressed with that at all.”
