“The color was just what I was wanting but I have only worn the pony tail 3 times and it is just getting knotted and tangled. I literally have to brush it every 5 minutes. I am very disappointed in this purchase, wish i just spent the extra money and bought the real hair.”
“This was a freebee -- but it is not ashy in the least, and synthetic so can't be colored. I appreciate the thought of giving customers that are spending what I am something "free", but since I can't do anything with it, it ends up just being yet one more thing taking up landfill space. I would prefer $$ off orders rather than synthetic hair.”
