“I’m deeply saddened to write this review. I was a previous buyer from bellami. I purchased hair extensions years ago and was in love with the thickness and quality. Wanting to feel beautiful and confident again in Bellami. I saved up for three months to purchase some more hair extensions. I sent a picture of my current hair color and was told to match with ash brown. I was more than excited waiting for my purchase to arrive in the mail. After opening the box and trying the sample color , I noticed that the color wasn’t even close to the hair color I had. With still just being so excited and watching so many videos about girls changing the color I decided I could make this happen. I took them to a hair salon who still couldn’t match the color. There was so much red in the ash that it couldn’t even be cancelled out with ash. Than tried to bleach, tone and even color the hair and still nothing. The red is impossible to move. I’m so sad I still have the extensions but can’t wear them. I know this is my fault as well. I wish the colors matched better to begin with. And I wish I didn’t watch reviews that said they can dye them easily. I wish there was more color options for ash toned hair. I’m literally deveasted .”

“I love Bellami’s faux ponytail wrap and clip in extensions. However, as someone with incredibly thin hair, the ponytail is way too heavy and falls out a lot. The clip in extensions are easily seen through my hair no matter how much I try to layer it and section it differently.
I was hoping hair extensions would help my hair but it just really doesn’t work with someone who has thin and light colored hair. And when I say thin, I’m talking thinner than you’ve ever seen in your life.
I can’t wear the fuax ponytail since it’s too heavy and the hair extensions I can really only use a couple clips or if I want to use all of them, I need to wear a hat to hide it.
They are beautiful though and I’m sure work well for other people with thicker, darker hair.”
