“I have other extensions from bellami which match my hair perfect. I ordered these extensions in chocolate brown (the same color as all my other bellami's) and the extensions I received are a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOR! When I emailed bellami they said that because these are synthetic the shades will vary and they can't promise a certain color... WHAT?! What is the point ordering them in a certain color if it is not a guaranteed match?! SO DISGUSTED WITH BELLAMI! DO NOT BUY THESE!”
“Tangles a lot. Hate the Velcro, it never stays on long. It won't stand even low temperatures even though it claims to be high heat resistant. Very fake looking and heavy on your head.”

The hair was so thin i even compared it to the thickness to the exact set i previously ordered 2 years ago (in dirty blonde) and those were STILL thicker than these new ones. very disappointed in the quality of hair.”
