“At first use - were fantastic! Super soft, length was great. But after a couple washes (with matrix professional products), the hair has fried, is coarse to the touch and and tangles instantly with each wear. Clips are also coming unthreaded (probably from the couple washes). Very disappointed in my investment and wouldn’t recommend if wanting to use more than a few times. The pictures below are after wearing for a day. You can see the contrast of my smooth natural hair vs the coarse tangles of the extensions. I would expect this after sleeping on, or maybe being in a pony all day, but not from just wearing around the house. And surely not after just a couple months of use. It’s almost like they got worse after washing and conditioning. 100% Remy hair is suppose to withhold even dye treatment. Not happy, asking for my money back and trying a different brand.”
“Thankfully I got the ponytail for free when I ordered clip in extensions. First of all, it’s impossible to keep in your head. There’s only one tiny area of Velcro, so I have to Bobby pin the crap out of it. Second of all, it’s so heavy it looks fake. I had to have my stylist thin it out. Third of all, the color is most definitely not an ash brown, it’s more of a red. If I hadn’t gotten it for free, I would’ve most definitely sent it back.”
“The color shown online is way off. Two times I’ve ordered and it is not even close to what they show on their website. The first ones I just gifted away. This time I’ll just have to take into store to exchange. They aren’t cheap by all means.”
