“The quality of hair though thinner than I’ve previous received from Bellami was nice and smooth. However, it sheds horrible and tangles easily. Both issues I never had with Bellami over the years. All and all, not sure the quality standards are being upkept.”

At first before ever styling they were beautiful and luxurious beyond my imagination!!!!
Then one day I decided to use a flat iron to put a little curl in it and .... OMG
Pieces began to melt on the flat iron ..... I had to scrape the hair off of it - and the flat iron was on a low setting bc I’m very careful with all my extensions -
To say the least I am extremely upset at the quality. Absolutely did it seem like human hair to me. Could this have been synthetic? Someone please get back to me as these are not cheap - and I never use cheap hair and your company is bomb - but my extensions were not ok :((”
“I was so excited to purchase these hair extensions but little did I know they were melting on my flat iron. I wrote to the company and they did give me a few tips on why they were doing this but this does not seem normal, I was also told to have my flat iron on a specific setting but my irons heat is not controllable. I don’t recommend these to anyone. Definitely reconsider”
