“After the second time using the ponytail the Clip that is supposed to be inserted in your hair is now hanging. The clip should be better sewn on and a small sewing kit should be included with the amount of money we are spending in this hair. Poor quality Clip, the hair is nice but would be better if the clip actually held up.”
“I purchased this set for a review and this is my 7th pair I have been buying since 2014. I am very disappointed. Over the years the quality of the hair has diminished and it mattes, looks synthetic, and doesn't last after hot tools are applies to it even when you use heat protector.”
“I ordered the 18" ponytail. I received the 20" instead. Too heavy on my head. My friends say I can always take it to get it cut. Now I have to pay extra to get it trimmed. Not happy!:(”
