“I was very disappointed in this product. It was very heavy for my ponytail and kept falling off of my own pony because the clip wouldn’t stay put in my ponytail. I ended up cutting it up by the track and adding clips to it and put them into my hair as a clip-in extension for my pony. I didn’t want to do that but thats what I had to do. Also, I didn’t like how it was synthetic hair. I don’t think that was mentioned anywhere when I was purchasing it.
Anyways, overall I’m very disappointed in this product because I thought it would actually help me. I wish I could get a refund for it. OR maybe mention on your site that the clip that it comes with MAY NOT stay put in some ponytails (people with finer hair).
The product looks great on other people and other users who put up tutorials on youtube, but its just not for me.”
