“This ponytail looks like gray to blonde due to the blonde fibers that are in the brown part of the ponytail. It doesn’t match my other mochachino brown ponytail at all. Color is way off. I deserve a refund for this misrepresentation of color. It’s very deceptive, especially if you’ve already bought the mochachino brown before. Really disappointed in Bellami. Also, I’ve bought three ponytails, and the clips are terrible. I have to buy and sow my own clips onto the ponytail for it to stay in place, the ponytails are too heavy.”
“Hi. I have been wearing hair extensions for the past ten years. With that being said, allow me to be quite candid. This was by far my most disappointing experience to date. While the hair appears lovely upon opening - it became extremely matted and course within less than one week. I have only had your extensions for a very short time; I have discontinued using them and plan on returning to the Hair Shoppe or Cashmere hair for my future purchases.”
