“The ponytail moccachino brown was the colour I wanted and ordered for my clip in boogatti extensions. However, they came in different colours. The ponytail was moccachino brown and the clip ins looked dark brown (they have a orange undertone) very dissatisfied will not be purchasing from bellami hair ever again.”
“I love BELLAMI hair. But I’m a little upset when after I straighten just a couple pieces it’s all burnt and shriveled up and now is hard to the touch. I thought it was suppose to with stand heat. Even with the heat protected spray it burnt so many hair. Deffinitly will order more but I am upset about that”

“I have repurchased Bellami extensions multiple times. I tell everyone they are the best and I haven’t found another brand that compares. I ordered my set about a month ago and all was well. After 1-2 weeks 3 of the clips just don’t stay shut (one on a 3 clip one on a 4 clip and a single clip.) I can’t even wear the single clip because no matter what I do it just pops open. Even if there’s nothing in it to be clipped. I literally tried for so long to get my other (3 clip and 4 clip) ones that each have a faulty clip on them to stay clipped and I couldn’t so I have the clips Bobby pinned down. It is very frustrating because I have ordered these in the past and never had a problem and very frustrating trying to get ready and you can’t even get the clips to stay shut I shouldn’t have to Bobby pin the clips shut after a month. I thought when this first started happening it would get better or I just had to much hair but I think the clips are faulty. Idk if they have changed their clips or what but I am not happy to think I will have to be pinning my extensions down for the next couple of months.”
