“I have repurchased Bellami extensions multiple times. I tell everyone they are the best and I haven’t found another brand that compares. I ordered my set about a month ago and all was well. After 1-2 weeks 3 of the clips just don’t stay shut (one on a 3 clip one on a 4 clip and a single clip.) I can’t even wear the single clip because no matter what I do it just pops open. Even if there’s nothing in it to be clipped. I literally tried for so long to get my other (3 clip and 4 clip) ones that each have a faulty clip on them to stay clipped and I couldn’t so I have the clips Bobby pinned down. It is very frustrating because I have ordered these in the past and never had a problem and very frustrating trying to get ready and you can’t even get the clips to stay shut I shouldn’t have to Bobby pin the clips shut after a month. I thought when this first started happening it would get better or I just had to much hair but I think the clips are faulty. Idk if they have changed their clips or what but I am not happy to think I will have to be pinning my extensions down for the next couple of months.”
“I purchased 2 extra extension hangers by accident , the second I received them I emailed Bellami and I never received a response. Really bad customer service. Really annoyed they never responded and I couldn’t return the items. My review isn’t towards the quality it’s towards customer service.”
“I got it for free with my purchase of hair extensions, but would never purchase it on my own. It doesn't look extremely long in my hair when the pony tail is in and you can tell that it's not real hair (I think it's synthetic) It tangles a little easy, and it's kind of heavy. But if you're wanting to add some thickness and volume to your ponytails, it's not a bad buy.”
