“My first set I got a while back. Super good tangle free hair lasted a long time. This hair tangles a lot. And has that fake sheen I can’t shake. Super disappointed.”
“The quality of the hair is good! The match is pretty good, I won’t need to color my hair or the hair extensions. I think my biggest issue was the packaging. The packaging both in what the actual hair comes in and the delivery package wasn’t very good compared to most other brands.”

“Usually I order the 20” clip ins. But you were having a sell and I figured why not spend as much as I would on those and just get the 18” clip ins and the ponytail for the price of the 20”. I wish I would of just spent the money on the 20” because the ponytail wrap is useless and just gets tangled and ratted up. And then a day or two after your sell the ponytail was free with a purchase of the clip ins which was even more disheartening that I wasted money on it. I still love Bellami and will continue to get extensions but disappointed with the ponytail wrap especially when it was free soon after I purchased.”
“I ordered my extensions just so I could get this pony tail, when it came it was the wrong color and when I reached out to you guys you said you couldn’t do anything about it and I can’t even dye it since it’s fake hair...disgusting customer service, false advertisement all over social media, I feel completely robbed will never purchase from you guys again, and I will make sure everyone will be aware of all the false advertisement you guys put out, if you worked just as hard as u do on your false advertisement into your company maybe you would get more repeat clients”
