“Hair clip started falling off the actually hair after a month. Literally took up to a month and a half to get my hair shipped because instead of telling me that there is no more of the hair order that I want, they wait till you pay for it to tell you. I didn't get a confirmation number until 3 days before I received it. Never told me when they were gonna get the next shipment because they didn't know when they were gonna get it. This company may have nice quiality hair (for the most part) but they are very irresponsible. Hair is beautifully thick but gets SOOO tangled and notted. Not sure if I want to order from them again because I don't know if $300 is worth this hair.”
