“Good quality hair but I haven't been able to wear it as the product is too heavy and ends up weighing the pony tail down making it misshapen. It is also quite difficult to style the hair as it's so silky. I've watched plenty of tutorials on how to put it in but it just gets weighed down and doesn't look right due to the weight of the hair, and also hurts my head to wear it. So unfortunate I can't get a refund.”
“Awful!!! I've ordered these extensions 3 times already. I ordered the ponytail and not only was it cheap synthetic hair, it was very thick and artificial looking. I wore it once and it knotted up and even after I brushed it, it appeared mangled and nappy. Will never order again. Do not order this synthetic hair. It's not real like their regular clip ins which I highly recommend. This pony tail sucks. I expected more from Bellami.”
“Great concept but flawed design... It is way too much hair and very difficult to put on without it falling down or weighing down your ponytail. Maybe if there was a bit less hair this product would be much easier to use.”
