“Hello the name on the account is actually Toni .. I have been a stylist for over 12 years and have used several different lines throughout the years. I was finally excited to try your hair so that I can change companies and order for my clients. When I received the hair it had a slight tinge of a pinkish mauve tint.. but was so slight that I didn’t think it would be a problem since I was gonna tone it down a level I needed it to be about level 8 natural gold .i had such a hard time coloring your hair to desired level which I normally never have problems . Then after the second week of use I found
that your hair would tangle very easy... so I am not sure if I got a bad batch or if this is the texture and quality your hair normally is but needless to say I was dissapointed.”
“i have very thin fine hair. i have been looking for a halo piece but was always a bit nervous because you can only really style your hair one way. with the additional two clips i’m able to create multiple looks. the colour was a little to orange for me (dirty blonde) but i didn’t mind dying my hair the same colour because it really is gorgeous. super happy with them!!”
“The hair extensions themselves are nice and overall I do like them. However, the color was not dirty blonde and did not match the photo, but was more light blonde in color. Also, one of the two clip extensions has a clip that doesn't shut the way it should so it doesn't stay in my hair. I decided against returning them because I was too excited to have them. I was able to dye them to match my hair, and I simply just don't use the broken extension.”
