“After returning my platinum blonde extensions because they were very grey I ordered dirty blonde to revive a very very beige blonde that almost looked red and pink and looked nothing like the photo. I’m very very very disappointment.”
“Have worn Bellami #18 dirty blonde extensions for years and they match my hair perfectly. Ordered wrap pony (also called #18 dirty blonde) assuming it would be same color. When it arrived, it was dull ash blonde. Bellami would not refund but took it back for store credit and csr suggested i order #8 ash brown for a better match. It arrived yest & is a dark brown so now ive paid $40 plus over $20 for shipping back & forth for hair i cant wear. Bellami needs to avoid customer confusion and disappointment by renaming these products and making it clear that they arent the same colors as their other products.”
“Beware that the colors on these ponytail wraps are nothing like the colors on the other Bellami extensions. My clip-in extensions are #18 dirty blonde and match my hair perfectly. I assumed (wrongly) that a #18 dirty blonde wrap pony would be the same color. When it arrived, it was definitely ash blonde. Bellami would not refund but allowed me to return(shipping at my expense) for store credit AND suggested I order the #8 Ash Brown. It arrived today and is very dark brown. Now I am out $40 for the pony that I can't use and over $20 for the shipping back and forth. Bellami needs to note the color differences on their website or call the colors something that more closely resembles the reality of their product!”
