“I have tried to get some reasonable accommodations about the pony tail that does not match my hair extensions, and I’m getting no where. Bellami will not return, exchange, or refund.... which is terrible customer service”
“Unfortunately, my daughter does not like her faux ponytail. She wanted to wear it for her cheer competitions, and she doesn’t feel that it is going to stay on. It is also very heavy on her head. I would’ve returned it, but she said there was a no return policy. $40 was a lot of money for something we cannot return.”
“My set of clip ins were very thin and stringy. I was expecting better quality of hair considering everyone had reviewed them so well. So sad they didnt turn out how i expected them. I actually have not worn them at all and theyre just sitting in the package. Waste of $140 if you ask me.”
“Every time I order extensions they do not arrive as the color I order. The new ones I just ordered were by far not the quality I know Bellami can live up to. I’ve only ever bought Bellami extensions but after this third time with the wrong color arriving and me not having the time to return them, I’m done. I tried to use the test strip to tone them to make them a normal and natural color and they turned pink no matter what color toner was on them. Super disappointed. I would always rave to everyone about the Lilly hair, this time I bought the bellissima hair and it was less than normal quality and came as yellow platinum when I ordered ash blonde. The last two times ash blonde showed up as a pink blonde (super noticeable). I wasted all that money since I can’t Tone them and since I didn’t want yellow platinum hair. Whish there was a better return or exchange policy. Time to move on to another company.”
