“I ordered the ponytail and it's great other than the fact that it's wayyyy lighter than my extensions in the same shade and beware they do not let you return them. I was disappointed because now i have a ponytail thats way too light for my hair and i was looking forward to wearing it.”

“I had high hopes for this pony extension and I have to say I am pretty disappointed. I received the ponytail wrap and the color is correct and the quality of the hair is nice, but no matter what I do or how I style it, it will not stay in my ponytail. I have tried teasing, adding extra bobby pins, and so on but the extension slides right off my head no matter what. Unfortunately, it is unrefundable and final sale which I am also unhappy with. Will not be purchasing anything else from this brand and wasted my money on a hyped-up product.”
“So I emailed bellami to have them match the extensions to my hair. They told me dirty blonde and I haven't done anything to my hair since. I got my extensions and they in no way matched my blonde hair. Even if I highlighted them (which would probably ruin them) the base still wouldn't match them. I bought them a long time ago and have put them in once and haven't been able to wear them since. I don't want to spend money on another set because what if the same thing happens and then I'm out another almost 200 dollars?”
