“I thought I would enjoy it more honestly. The colouring was off even the I chose the correct colour match. At the time the promotion was a ponytail included. The ponytail matches really well, but the clip in extensions that were supposed to be the same colour are SO off. They don’t even look like the ash blonde I ordered. They have so much red undertone. The ponytail is too heavy for my hair so I can’t actually use them. Unfortunately the whole purchase was kind of a waste of money. The return policy on the extensions is strict. Once you open you can’t return. The ponytail colour was fine, didn’t expect the clip in wefts to be such a flop. Look at the picture for what I’m referring to”
“Matches my hair colour and looks so good! The only negative is that it can take a few tries to get it to stay securely. That might be because my own hair is really thin. Overall I love the ponytail!”
