“The label says don’t use heat above 400 degrees F. I used 325 and the hair burned. It’s very nice and silky once you take it out of the box but it is very cheap. Not recommended.”
“Quality of the hair was amazing, but after a few washes it turned into a frizzy knotted mess. Lost all of its softness. I’ve gotten better ponytails off of Amazon for $8. Not worth it. Buy the human hair one.”
