“I Do not understand what the heck is wrong with these extensions. I washed them and I found a string that was dyed to mimic hair but when washed it turned blue and showed it texture of being an actual string and not real hair. Now I’m seeing more and more of these “hairs” being strings that are colored to brown hair color. I want my money back for something that was advertised incorrectly.”

“I got it as a free gift as check out but GOD was that ponytail terrible . It didn’t even stay in my head . I mean it was synthetic so it felt like it was suppose to but as soon as I put it on it kept falling right off every movement I made . I have other wraps but this one is the worst one I had . Other then that I have orders the Bugatti hair for years and it’s AMAZING . I don’t shop anywhere else”
“It makes my ponytail fall over and doesn’t stay secured. The hair gets knotted a lot because it’s faux and my own hair will get caught in the Velcro part as well when taking off”
