“This company refuses to deal with the fact that they don’t provide customers with color swatches of hair. I received the wrong color hair. They want a restocking fee for hair that was never opened and then I’d have to pay for the postage and packaging to have the hair sent back. Finally it could take 4-6 weeks before I would hear back as to whether or not they would take the hair back. That’s just what the website says. When I called their number I didn’t speak with anyone.”
