“I do love this product, I wear it almost every day. So easy to put in, however it does take some finessing with quite a few bobby pins. Without extra bobby pins it will not stay in, but that’s barely a complain - just a observation. The synthetic hair does shed & break easily however it makes it look more real. I’m obsessed with this product. It’s so easy to just throw it up & put it in & go the entire day with my hair looking full and thick. Obsessed!”
“I actually thought I was paying big dollars to get hair that is better quality than what I normally get here in Sydney but our quality of hair extensions in Sydney is so much nicer than yours I use your extensions as back ups and now regret spending a dollar with you guys I’m disappointed honestly. “It does not state anywhere on this page where you select your pony tail and go to purchase that there are no refunds. I had to search for this after customer service "said they were sorry for the confusion" I ordered the dark brown one. It came open with no seal and the color appears red not brown. I love my hair extension I bought but am very disappointed with this experience.”
