“The pony tail feels really soft and it is long and beautiful however, the one clip that comes with it is not sufficient to hold on my hair. I cannot style It unless I add bobby pins.”

EXTENSION SET: I got the ponytail for free as an addition to the extensions so this review is really about the set, not the pony. The set I purchased was recommended to me by their specialists after sending in multiple photos of my hair in natural light-- and the color was SO WRONG.
2-3 shades too dark for my hair and SO RED. I have very light ashy brown hair and was sent extremely dark brown extensions with red undertones upon their recommendation. What a bummer. Tried to gently lighten but had to do so 3 times using 10 and then 20 volume bleach because the color wouldn't budge. Then I attempted to tone using a toner for brown hair but still no luck-- in any light it's obvious how red they are and I now have no use for this expensive set of extensions.
Such a disappointment. And when I asked for advice on trying to lighten/tone the set after the first time didn't work they just kept saying "we don't recommend dying". Even though I told them I ALREADY HAD and just wanted a professional opinion on how to proceed. Terrible!”
“I ordered my pony in hopes that it would be useful for my sisters wedding. The package took way too long to get delivered (got here the day I had left to go 2 hours north). Once I had finally got the package I realized that it was not a returnable item. Even if it was, you can’t even take it out of the package to see what it looks like if you want it to be eligible for a return. I probably will never use this product in the long run and all in all I just am disappointed. Don’t waste your money.. go to a shop or retailer to make sure you know what you are buying.”
