“Ordered for my baby shower and didn't even get to wear it! I was disappointed because online it looked so much darker so it didn't wear it because it would've looked so unnatural. Also, I took it out to test how it would look a second time to show my friend & it was knotted. Although it was in its original packaging & I had only touched it once! It's supposed to be quality hair but it got trashy so quickly. Lastly, I wanted to see if I could return of exchange it and just my luck those ponytails you can't. So, I ended up wasting money and having to give it away.”
