“I bought chestnut brown (6) silk clip ons and they matched perfectly to my hair. This pony tail however is a totally different chestnut brown with way more reddish tone. I cannot return or exchange it per their refund policy but in my opinion it’s not my fault but false advertising. Wish I went with a different color. Also the velcro is very difficult to manage.”
