“I am very dissapointed as I bought some Kylie hair extensions in chestnut brown a few months ago and this wrap ponytail has the "same color name", but it looks totally different. I am aware that with synthetic fibers the shades may vary, but this is not even the same shade!! these are 2 different colors and as they are final sale, I am stuck with them and a braid band I bought too. Is this what a customer gets for trusting the Bellami brand and trying out new products because they are expected to be as good as the previous ones? I decided to go with Bellami because of their color shades and how good they fitted my hair color, so....if you know "chestnut brown in Remi hair extensions are not gonna look the same as "chestnut brown" in ponytails, then CHANGE THE NAME OF THE COLOR. Again, I am very dissapointed.”
