“I got the ash brown 20 inch wrap in pony tail and it's pretty nice. They color matched me well, I didnt expect anything to match perfectly because my hair is a weird mix of faded green, blue and brown. It matches close enough! I recommend getting color matched before because ponytails are final sale. I wish it was fuller but I'll just have to get the longer one, that's not their problem! The ponytail itself has a small clip that you tuck under your actual ponytail and mine is already coming off, I've worn it about 4 times. It's poorly sewn in and could've been a lot more sturdy. The ponytail sheds a little, but that's expected with synthetic hair just like synthetic makeup brushes. Those would be my only two concerns. Otherwise it's a great ponytail, I love it and it makes me feel so confident!!”

“I ordered the ponytail wrap in chestnut brown for prom. By the time I got the ponytail, it was two days before prom and it was the wrong color... I tried dyeing it twice and no color was retained. It was blonde. I had a hair appointment at my salon and I was ready to give in and do something else with my hair but my hair salon made it work. My hair just ended up looking ombré but I really wanted it to be normal. When telling everyone about this, I actually found out that Bellami frequently does this. Not the best option for any urgent occasion...”
