“This was a terrible experience from start to finish, especially after I have spent $100's of dollars with this brand before. First of all, the product I received was terrible quality. No one cared when i inquired, no one cared to fix it or make it better. They just said send it back. (which they charged me $15 to do) Customer service was just so terrible and didn't care to fix it or offer me a solution. So I sent it back, it took three weeks to get my money back. Returning was difficult. Customer service was not helpful or offering a solution. Just over all disappointed. I will not spend money here anymore. They have gotten big and don't really care about being customer centric.”
