I purchased this product because the description said the product could be dyed. I just looked at the description today and conveniently, they do not recommend dying the hair.
At the salon, my licensed stylist put filler on the extensions since we were bringing some strands to a darker color. After processing, the filler washed out and the hair looked untouched. My stylist reached out to the company to discuss the quality of the product and they advised they would replace the ponytail, but would not offer a refund. I can't use the product if it doesn't match my hair. I attempted to contact Bellami multiple times using email since my work schedule did not line up with the operating phone hours. After the fourth attempt, a representative responded stating I would need to call to speak to someone. After two months of trying to get a hold of someone via phone or email to further discuss my issues, I have given up.
I would not recommend Bellami to anyone looking for quality extensions or a decent customer experience.”
