“I hate the services never again will I order from bellami first they lost my package then 2nd of all this huge mess I needed to wait again and the extensions were not my color because it was the first time ordering from bellami and know I can’t change them so I’m stuck with really expensive hair extensions and there not even my color and I can’t even return them because the had to send me a 2nd pair of extensions because the first ones got lost witch it’s out of my control and that should not be affecting me in any returns but know I can returned them!! I will NEVER purchase nothing from this company it’s been the worst customer service!!!! (And I really hope bellami does apply my post to there website that way it doesn’t happen to another Client) be carful Guys!!!”
“The hair was so shiny it looks like Barbie doll hair. It did not look natural at all. My friend is a hairstylist and she couldn't even make it blend naturally to my hair. After I opened the hair tester and was skeptical about opening the whole package , i decided to give it a chance. I regret not returning it and getting a refund.”
